Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Desire to learn cooking skills
- Passion for serving customers and working collaboratively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated passion for food and helping others
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen and service roles

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop culinary and service skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold the company’s commitment to food quality, safety, and sustainability
