Job Requirements

Willingness and ability to stand and move for most if not all of your shift
Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare great food and serve customers following brand standards
Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
Stand and move for most or all of the shift
Pitch in to help fellow crew members and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Address any issues promptly and make it right
