Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Possess all required documents and permits
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Ability to lift and reach as required by job duties
- Adherence to all Wendy's food safety, safety and security policies
- Compliance with dress code and personal appearance standards
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Possess required documents and work permits as per state and federal laws
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and food handling regulations
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Provide quality products and service to customers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the restaurant
- Cross-train and perform tasks in various service positions including order taking, grill, fries, sandwiches, drinks, and register
- Follow opening, pre-close, and closing responsibilities diligently
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by arriving on time for scheduled shifts
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Maintain neat personal appearance in accordance with dress code policies
