Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willingness to learn and adapt to various roles in the restaurant
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service or customer service experience helpful but not required
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- provide exceptional customer service
- operate all restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team members
- contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- learn and apply company safety and food preparation standards
- assist in training new team members
