Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn various food preparation duties
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing job duties
- Commitment to upholding Chipotle’s food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and follow food preparation techniques
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
- Support and collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
