Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and restaurant work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Create exceptional customer service experiences
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in training and development programs
- Uphold Chipotle's mission and values in day-to-day activities
