- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable and punctual

- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast-food or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare food and beverages following Wendy's brand standards and health guidelines
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
