Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to Chipotle's quality standards
  • Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
