Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workspace
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Learn and develop skills to perform confidently across multiple stations
Support sustainability and company initiatives related to responsible sourcing and waste reduction
