Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare fresh food by hand every day
Provide exceptional customer service
Work confidently at grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
Participate in training and development programs
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
