Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and Chipotle’s food preparation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills
- Uphold Chipotle’s values of sustainability, inclusivity, and quality food practices
