Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Show passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers or microwaves
  • Operate various work stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
  • Support company initiatives to promote sustainable food practices
