Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Physical ability to perform job tasks such as standing, lifting, and using food preparation equipment
- Willingness to comply with food safety regulations
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual environment a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and food preparation
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on multiple roles
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Participate actively in team efforts to maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Learn and adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist in training new employees and supporting their development
