Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Support training and development of new team members
