Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground, ability to use equipment safely and correctly including sheeter machine and dough mixer, ability to communicate effectively in reading, speaking, hearing, and writing, ability to understand directions and product specifications, ability to complete customer orders accurately, ability to work outside holding a sign (shakerboard) for those 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age, able to work approximately 20 hours per week, dependable and hard-working, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure situations and stress, ability to understand and follow directions, previous retail or customer contact experience preferred, ability to perform essential job functions
Job Duties
- serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards, prepare high-quality products consistently by following recipes and procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and restaurant areas, practice safety and security procedures as directed, comply with company policies and standards of conduct, receive direction from management and training materials to effectively perform job functions, operate multiple Pizza Pride Production System stations proficiently
