Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food and ingredients according to Chipotle recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Handle digital tips and cash transactions accurately
- Participate in training and development programs to advance career opportunities
