Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and ingredients according to Chipotle recipes and quality standards
  • Operate kitchen stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Handle digital tips and cash transactions accurately
  • Participate in training and development programs to advance career opportunities
