Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable with a great smile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help fellow crew and customers
- Ability to learn new tasks and be part of a team
- Willingness to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Wendy's standards
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in stocking and inventory management
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
