Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Pass any required background checks or drug screenings as applicable
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and food quality

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Engage in training to develop cooking and service skills
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability and customer experience
