Job Requirements

Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand every day
Work confidently in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
Participate in comprehensive training programs
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Uphold Chipotle’s standards for food quality and sanitation
