Job Requirements
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Previous experience preferred but training provided

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Previous experience as a baker or finisher preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience as a cake decorator preferred
- Ability to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for cake decorating
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Work well in a team environment
- Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion
- Decorate cakes according to design standards and customer specifications
- Maintain inventory and operate bakery and decorating stations
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
