Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to upholding Chipotle’s values and customer service standards
- Availability for full or part-time shifts
- Pass background check and other hiring prerequisites as applicable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Continuously learn and adapt to Chipotle’s methods and values
