Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate multiple stations within the restaurant

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare food by hand following Chipotle's quality standards
- Confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and accurate service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
