- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and have a great smile

- You always pitch in and help your fellow crew and customers
- You want to learn something new and be a part of something good

- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you're proud to work in

Job Duties
- Prepare food and serve customers efficiently
- Handle cash register and manage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as grills, headsets, and registers
- Follow Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in restocking and inventory management as needed
