- Interact with guests in a pleasant and upbeat fashion
- Say welcome to Moe's with enthusiasm and positive energy
- Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and honest
- Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and awesomeness
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Work safely with hot, cold, and hazardous restaurant equipment
- Report to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders and complete job responsibilities promptly
