Job Description

Job Qualifications

must be at least 18 years of age
must be able to work approximately 20 hours per week
dependable, hard-working, and able to handle pressure situations and stress
excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards others
the ability to understand and follow directions and instructions
the ability to perform the essential functions of the job
previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Job Duties

serve customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures
prepare high-quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and procedures
display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management
clean and organize workstations and assigned areas to maintain restaurant image standards
practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management and government agencies
follow company policies and standards of conduct
receive direction from management and training materials to effectively perform job duties
practice established procedures and use proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders
be proficient at each Pizza Pride Production System station and able to work at different stations as needed.
