Job Requirements
- Regularly required to stand and walk

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Strong team player attitude
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to learn operational procedures and safety standards
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arriving on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's performance standards
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned areas neat, clean, and well-stocked
- Perform tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter or assigned stations
- Assist guests with menu selections, specials, club cards, and add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and give verbal baking instructions
- Present orders within the 3-minute door-to-door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transaction procedures
- Process coupons and gift certificates correctly
- Learn and safely operate dough mixer, sheeter, and dicer when needed
- Store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Mix dough balls and prepare crusts to company standards
- Perform duties of restock or dish person as directed
