Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day following Chipotle's high-quality standards
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
- Assist in training new team members and support continuous learning
- Contribute to daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality
