Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for customers
Follow all health and safety protocols ensuring clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Uphold Chipotle's mission and values in daily work activities
Engage in training to develop culinary and customer service skills
Maintain inventory and stock necessary supplies for food preparation
