Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties related to food preparation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Passion for food preparation and customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare food fresh daily by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Follow company protocols to uphold quality and consistency of food
- Support fellow team members and assist in training new employees
- Uphold Chipotle’s mission and values in daily interactions with customers and staff
