Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate confidently at various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient restaurant operation
- Follow food safety and quality standards to ensure high-quality meal preparation
- Support and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
