Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- flexible work availability including late nights and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- authorized to work in the United States
- capable of standing up to 12 hours
- able to use hands and fingers for various tasks
- comfortable climbing ladders or step stools
- able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when necessary
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- able to read monitors, menus, and learning materials
- able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to tolerate exposure to hot and cold temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or hospitality is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests
- take orders and demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu to address any guest inquiries
- prepare food items promptly and precisely while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines
- perform roles such as cashier, grill or sandwich cook, dishwasher, and cleaning responsibilities
- provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance guest experience
