Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and gain station proficiency
- Uphold company policies and standards for food safety and quality
- Assist in fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values
