Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- availability for Saturday through Wednesday shifts
- willingness to adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols
- ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare food in a timely, neatly, and accurate manner
- follow recipes accurately and maintain Salata standards
- commit to providing excellent service
- contribute to a positive team work environment
- work both BOH and FOH operations
- maintain appropriate portion control and keep a fresh, full, and fluffy line at all times
