Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
general knowledge of store team member responsibilities
ability to operate all store equipment
capable of stocking ingredients and maintaining inventory
physically able to clean equipment and store facilities daily
proficiency in performing basic math calculations
able to make correct change quickly
coordination between eyes and hands for food preparation
able to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
capability to handle monetary transactions accurately
proficiency with computers or touch screen devices helpful
strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

greet customers and take orders in person and via phone
operate order processing equipment such as cash registers and touch screens
stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and workstations
prepare food products according to company recipes and standards
maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities regularly
take inventory and complete associated paperwork accurately
communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure order accuracy
