Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in high school or equivalent is preferable
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to lift, pull and push between 20 and 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as kneeling, bending and reaching
  • Ability to wear required safety equipment such as gloves and non-slip shoes
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards
  • Dependability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school or equivalent preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Previous cash handling experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn all positions within the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Follow company procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Prepare, package and deliver products to menu standards
  • Handle ingredients following food safety standards
  • Follow safety, security and emergency procedures
  • Maintain cost control guidelines
  • Adhere to cash control procedures
  • Work assigned station with speed and accuracy
  • Clean and stock station areas
  • Deliver guest service exceeding guidelines
  • Count register bank at start and end of shift
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts
  • Model and encourage shared company values
  • Communicate effectively with guests and management
