Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow company procedures and guidelines
- Ability to handle food and ingredients safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods
- Ability to wear safety equipment during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn and perform all restaurant positions
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Follow and comply with all company procedures, standards and guidelines
- Prepare, package and deliver all products according to Menu Standards
- Handle all ingredients according to Food Safety Standards
- Follow Safety, Security and Emergency Procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
- Follow Cost Control Guidelines to minimize restaurant costs
- Properly use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- Adhere to Cash Control Procedures
- Count register bank at start and end-of-shift
- Work assigned stations with fast speed of service, accurately and productively
- Clean and stock the station area
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- Follow the Crew Team Member Training Program
- Communicate proactively with management for additional training
- Deliver Superstar Service by exceeding guest service guidelines
- Support methods and processes for task completion
- Arrive on-time and complete assigned shifts
- Model and encourage CKE shared values
- Demonstrate high personal integrity
- Foster an environment of trust and open communication
- Be performance oriented and understand performance results
