Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Commitment to follow company policies and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand in restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Ensure food quality by following Chipotle’s standards for fresh ingredients and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Follow health and safety regulations and protocols
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
