Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Willingness to use and learn restaurant equipment
  • Ability to follow brand standards and procedures
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must pass background check if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service including taking orders and handling transactions
  • Prepare food according to Wendy's quality and brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Assist in training new crew members
  • Follow safety and health regulations
  • Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
