Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Pass a background check as applicable
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily with fresh ingredients
  • Serve customers with exceptional service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Work confidently at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Learn and develop culinary skills and product knowledge
