Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass a background check as applicable
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily with fresh ingredients
- Serve customers with exceptional service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Learn and develop culinary skills and product knowledge
