Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
- Pass necessary background and reference checks
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork
- Basic cooking skills or interest in cooking is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fresh menu items by hand daily
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Attend training sessions to develop skills and advance within the company
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any customer issues promptly
