Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation to and from work
Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
Pass necessary background and reference checks
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork
Basic cooking skills or interest in cooking is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks

Job Duties

Prepare and serve fresh menu items by hand daily
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Attend training sessions to develop skills and advance within the company
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any customer issues promptly
