Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or reliable communication method
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts
- Be capable of standing for long periods
- Be able to bend and stoop
- Work around heat and others in close quarters
- Able to move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Ability to interact comfortably with all guests
- Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties
- Ability to take initiative
- Problem solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned position(s) accurately and productively
- Clean and stock assigned area(s)
- Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to Menu Standards
- Handle all food products according to company procedures including food safety and sanitation requirements
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
