Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members and customers
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and tasks
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately using restaurant equipment such as registers and headsets
- Prepare food items following Wendy’s brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist team members by pitching in where needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
