Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- Manage multiple station duties including fry preparation and stocking supplies
- Monitor and replenish condiment stations such as ketchup, straws, and cups
- Support and assist team members and customers proactively
- Follow company procedures and take direction effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Address and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
