Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and have a great smile
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines
- Willing to work flexible hours including part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items in accordance with brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow all guidelines to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction
