Job Requirements
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to bend, twist, and stand during job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Job Duties
- Cleans and stocks customer eating area(s)
- operates fryers and microwaves
- mans food preparation production line
- assists in the kitchen area
- maintains inventory
- greets all customers with a friendly smile and greeting
- follows HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
