Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform food preparation tasks

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or fast-casual restaurant preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand according to company standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Follow company policies and procedures for food safety and quality control
