Job Requirements

Willingness to stand and move for most or all of your shift
Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
Capacity to follow brand standards and guidelines
Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or fast-food environment a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner
Prepare and serve food items according to Wendy's quality standards
Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas
Follow brand standards and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate and support fellow team members to provide excellent service
Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times
