Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to learning and following food safety procedures
Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Support team members and collaborate effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Continuously learn and develop new skills through training
