- able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds

- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
- able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor courts for safety and guest compliance
- cafe associate duties including food preparation and customer service
- host and facilitate birthday parties and events
- manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-ins
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- assist in conflict resolution and guest inquiries
- support team members in daily operational tasks
