Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, pull and push weights between 20 to 30 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Follow and comply with all company procedures, standards and guidelines
- Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
- Handle all ingredients according to food safety standards
- Follow safety, security and emergency procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
- Adhere to cost control guidelines and use products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
- Perform cash control procedures to minimize cash handling errors
- Understand performance expectations and work to improve skills
- Participate in crew training program and learn all positions
- Communicate proactively with management for additional training
- Work assigned station with speed, accuracy and productivity
- Clean and stock station areas
- Deliver Superstar Service exceeding guest service guidelines
- Count register bank at start and end of shift
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
- Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts
- Model and encourage CKE shared values
- Maintain high personal integrity and respect for team members
- Contribute to an environment of trust and open communication
- Demonstrate performance orientation and awareness of results
- Use good verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Support and use safety equipment for duration of shift
- Lift, pull and push weights between 20 to 30 pounds
- Stand for the duration of shifts excluding breaks
- Walk, kneel, bend, stoop and reach as needed
- Work around machinery and handle cleaning products safely
